Stage One
Stage one is complete of our journey to Kansas. We ran into some snow going over Wolf Creek yesterday and just tagged onto the end of the construction group that they were letting through, so we didn't have to wait for that. They have been doing construction on Wolf Creek for a long time now, and there is about a 45min wait because they have people flagging, only letting one side of traffic through at one time. So it was great to get through without stopping.
Chris and I are staying at Amanda's house in C-Springs and we woke up to snow this morning. I guess this is typical Colorado weather. It looks like it should be a nice day though. We are just drinking coffee and waiting for the school caravan to come through to jump on that. They were supposed to leave a 6:30 AM, but i doubt that happened. So there is plenty of time to drink more coffee and maybe take a nap.
Looks like the CapTech race in VA is moved back to the 1st of june, that will give me a few extra needed days at home. I'll try to get an update in tonight if anything interesting happens on the road.
