Hopkinton, New Hampshire

Made it to NH a couple of days ago after the Rochester 2 hour twilight crit. Didn't feel very good the entire crit until about 10 laps to go. Flatted at 4 laps to go and begged the official to let me get a wheel change and get back in, but he wasn't budging. What a disapointment.

Now we are staying with Alex at his place in New Hampshire. There is some great riding around here and it is beautiful. Heading to Fitchburg tomorrow. The legs aren't feeling the best, but maybe they will come around for the next 5 days.

Talked to Josh last night and he has a new set of Bontrager XXX Lites that he is going to let me race on for the rest of the year. Riding tubulars are going to be sweet. Thanks Bro!! It's time to get a little ride in.

Back in Indy

Made it back from Minneapolis two days ago. We are currently at Guy's house in Indianapolis. Guy and I went camping last night at some land that his family owns down in southern Indiana. Good times! We leave tomorrow for Kutztown. Then I drive to Philly to pick Loren up tomorrow night. Then track racing on Friday night (Watching) and then up to Rochester, Ny on Saterday morning to race a 2 hour crit at 7:30 that night. It's a full schedule.

Nature Valley GP

This is the third day of the NVGP. The time trial was a fast 4.5 miles that Oneal smoked. Yesterday was a windy road race that left the field in pieces as Health Net got on the front an drilled it. Today is a crit in downtown Minneapolis. Sounds like it's going to be fast. Not much else to report except that it is beautiful here and would be a great place to hang out for a while.

Kutztown, PA

It finally cooled off here in PA. It is perfect right now. Raced in Lancaster yesterday with the boys. We did a 1-2 crit before the big boys went off. Mike Chauner had a good ride in the sprint finish to finish 3rd.

CapTech was last Thursday and it was one of the harder ones that I've done. I didn't finish, which was a disapointment, but it was good intensity for the legs. We have Reading coming up on Thursday, New York City TT on Saterday and then it's off to Nature Valley in MN.

Here are a few pics from the trip home a couple of weeks ago. This is the Hiawassee River where i do most of my fishing right down the road from my house and the next is one of my dads horses.
