Moving
Today started the moving process into Unit 5. You never really realize how much little stuff sitting around that needs to be packed up. I can't waite to get settled in and get the room situated. The garage is going to be great too. Hopefully i'll be totally out of 1145 by Monday or Tuesday.
I got the Sid world cup sold and the mountain bike on ebay right now so that should get enough cash to finally get that tt bike. I can't waite for that either. That's all i've got for now.

Home
Man am i ready to go home, as in Tennessee. It happens to me every year right about this time. Maybe i can get home for a little while, soon. I think I'm just really tierd of school. The weather here doesn't really help either. I think it is going to get better soon. Time change is always nice as well.
Everyone needs to take a look at the blog that Guptill has been updating, nyvelocity.com. I will put the link up on the site. He writes updates really well, so take a look at it. Looks like i will be moving into Unit 5 in a matter of days. That should be nice.

Worked
Well, we made it home last night at about midnight from the Redlands trip. I would have to say that it was a great trip, but coming back to D-Town and a lot of school work isn't that great. I'm so tierd right now i don't know how i will catch up. Not much longer though.
Awsome ride for Guptill on Sunday. He placed 19th on the stage and 30 overall, enough for some NRC points. GOOD JOB MAN! Guptill is on the beach right now taking it easy. I know that would be nice. Kuhl is having some back troubles, hopefully that will get worked out. Guy rode really well and Dave is looking like he is coming back well off of his being sick. Robbie was looking good. Can't waite to do some races back east with him. He makes you laugh non stop. Looks like collegiate racing is up next for the month of April. That should be fun.
A big thanks goes out to the Novaks for letting up crash at their house last week. They are a really nice couple. I hope we get to stay with them again next year. That's all for now.

Sunburn
Finally got the first sunburn of the season today. We couldn't have asked for any better weather while we were here in Cali. It was 78 and sunny all day. Perfect! A lot better than the last trip out here. We rode the time trial course several times today and it is short, but there are some steep pitches in it.
We are staying in an awsome place for host housing. Fully equiped with a pool, hot tub, 3 car garage, 4 acres of orange groves to pick each morning for orange juice and a huge kitchen. Not Bad! It holds the six of us comfortably. Robbie, Andy, David, Guy, Kuhl and myself. It has been non stop laughing with Robbies and Dave's stories from back home.
Looks like things are getting hot and heavy with Kuhl and Thompson on the real ones site.

West Again
It's already that time again. We are heading out on the big silver bird in the morning. I are getting a little snow as i write this. Maybe all of the flights will be good. All of the teachers were alright with the trip out to California. That helps.
Looks like Target Training got in to Tour de Georgia. I wonder who they will put on the team. Shriver, Wells that would be sweet!
Turkey season should be starting up soon back home. I hope Dude has some good Toms located this year. It's time for some good fishn too. I heard that the rockfish are bitting at Watts Bar. Time for bed.

TOO MUCH!!
Man has there been too much school work to do. I have been slammed for the passed couple of days. All looks good for Redlands. I can't waite to get back out of here. Guptill has been updating a blog on nyvelocity.com. Check it out. Looks like I'm moving in with Lee, Andy and Kelly very soon. I'm kind of excited. I haven't had my own room except for the few months that Guptill was in Europe, since I've been going to school here in D-Town. Wish me good luck tomorrow with a power point presentation.

St. Patties Day
Well it's not St. Patties day anymore, but it was pretty funny. It was Guptills birthday yesterday so we went out to eat at Skinny's and then went to Joels to buy him some birthday drinks. I was a little late coming in because i was talking to Loren on the phone, but by the time I came in the boys had already got a couple of guys worked up and wanted to fight. When i say a couple of guys, I mean one dude that was about 5'10 300+. I was told that they were upset because they thought that the boys were making fun of his buddy for being from Canada. It was pretty funny.
Had a fairly good ride today from bread. The weather is being its typical self during spring. You don't now whether it is going to snow or if the sun is going to shine at any point. I was definetily feeling not so hot today. It sounds like everyone isn't really feeling well though. It must be all of the traveling and the altitude. Maybe be the weather will hold up for tomorrow.

No Joke
Made it back to D-Town to a little bit of snow. The weather channel wasn't joking about the snow. It actually wan't too bad today, 48 degrees and sunny. All of the snow is melting across the rodes though.
Got the flight info from Baz and we fly out in one week. Time is going by so fast. There is plenty of school work to catch up on and get ahead on before we leave again.
For some reason the cops had the North College road blocked off for hours. The word was that there was a standoff going down. That's all i know.

Been a While
Right now i'm just hanging out in the Hotel in Santa Cruz. There is some amazing riding around this area. We have been hitting some roads that are single lane that just seem to either climb or decend forever through the dense trees. These trees are huge too. The races this past weekend weren't that spectacular. Chris and Guy crashed in the Crit. Guptill and I got caught behind a crash with 2 to go. The course was crazy with fast turns and not chance to miss the millions of road reflectors that felt like speed bumps. The road race on sunday was super tough. There were some really strong winds that were generally cross winds. Guptill was our only finisher with a 23rd place (Not bad for a climber). Sunday was really disapoiting, but was a good wake up call for the races to come.
We cruised on over to Monteray yesterday to do some wine tasting, but i didn't have any. I woke up with a stomach bug and lost my dinner to the tolet a couple of times that morning. I'm feeling better today. We went to the Monteray Aquarium as well. That was cool. There were some Giant yellow fin tuna. We also saw plenty of sea otters.
This weekend looks like some good racing, but maybe in some bad weather. Looks like the weather in Durango is pretty rough right now. Hopefully that doesn't last very long. Time to get some grub. Yours Truly...

Big Day!!
It has finally come, we leave today for the short vacation to California. We leave this evening around 6. Got all of my school work done so i only have to go to one more class today and get a good ride in.
Guptill put down some sick times for some of the hill climbs and tt's yesterday. Kuhl is also rocking it right now so hopefully things will be good this weekend. We woke up this morning for a surprise snow. It is probably only about an inch and a half, but I sure wasn't expecting it to snow. It's alright though because it is supposed to get up to 60 degrees today.
I can't waite to see Loren. Only one more day. Yours Truly...
